Got a call from an Asian lady claiming my TV insurance from Currys had run out. She threw a bunch of made-up stuff at me like new name, address, even a different age. I gave her some rubbish in reply and she said I was wasting her time. I told her it was nice chattin’ and quite kind that she or her team called me daily. Then she just hung up on me.

Got a call from a bloke talking in a thick Indian accent. He claimed to be "John" from Nationwide Building Society, said he had some urgent info for me but first had to check my address for "security reasons." Thing is, I've never had an account with Nationwide! I just ended the call and blocked the number straight away.
