It felt fishy so I just hung up. Going to head down to the bank myself to sort it out.2 yearsIf you get a dodgy text, make sure you send it to 7726 to report it. I saw this whole scam thing on proper TV - can’t say the channel by name because of some weird rules, but think along the lines of the Beeb's main channel and the iPlayer. They had these ethical hackers showing how they hack into the scammers’ systems right as the scam was happening, trying to shut it down.
