2 yearsGot this call today about some dodgy charges on my card. They told me to press 1 to verify or 2 to talk to an advisor. I had nothing else to do, so I decided to humour them a bit. I was connected to a man with a quite noticeable Asian accent claiming he was from the Visa security team. I told him I’d just been rung by them, then he asked which bank I use for my account. I didn’t give him any info at all, saying if they’d called me, they should already know that. When I didn’t rise to it, he ended the call.
