I got a call from a bloke with an accent, maybe Indian or something, claiming he was from BT Openreach. He kept telling me there was an issue with my broadband and that I'd lose internet access unless I did something right away. Thing is, my broadband was working perfectly fine. When I asked for my name or account info, he said he couldn't give it out or he'd lose his job. I’d heard about scams like this on BBC Radio 4 before, so I just ended the call straight away.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with BT about an internet issue but had a weird accent. Told her to jog on since I aint with BT and she just hung up. The number was 0117 969 4322.

got a call from someone claiming to be from openreach or bt, not sure which but they couldn’t say which call centre they were ringing from (i actually work at bt so i knew something was off). just ended the call straight away.
