Got a call from someone claiming to be BT, telling us our internet was down - which it definitely wasn’t. The guy had an Indian accent and kept calling my husband "boss", which was a bit strange. He even threatened to cut off our internet if we didn’t sort it out. Proper rude behaviour, honestly. Shame on those people!

Whenever I try ringing this number from my mobile, it just says it’s not a valid number. I don’t get how these scam people manage to ring your landline and leave missed calls, expecting you to be daft enough to ring them back. Like, if their number doesn’t even work, how’s the call supposed to go through? Can’t the UK Government do something about these scammers and time wasting pests? Honestly, it’s getting ridiculous now.
