Around 2:45pm on the 25th of October 2024, I got a call pretending to be from the "bank security team." They said they spotted some dodgy stuff on my account, mentioning an Amazon purchase and another one that was more than £1000. They told me to press 1 if it was me, or 2 to chat with their 'support'. I just hung up straight away.
