I’m a doctor myself and went to SMHosp after an accident, but this whole thing has left me pretty puzzled. I checked with radiology and it wasn’t them behind it. Honestly, it sort of feels like they might be doing some kind of targeted customer satisfaction survey after you’ve been there.
