I received a call from a woman who had such a thick accent that the only words I could catch were ‘media’ and ‘internet’. Immediately, I suspected it was a con job about internet issues, so I didn’t waste any time and ended the conversation abruptly. From what I’ve heard since, it could have been someone from Virgin Media!
