At about 6 in the morning, I got a call from Avon & Somerset Police Control Room because my Apple Watch had triggered its fall alert. I missed their call, but right after that, I received a 0300 number ringing which I picked up - it was the Ambulance Control. Shortly after, two female police officers showed up at my house to make sure I was alright. Definitely a legit situation.

This is defo not Avon and Somerset police. I phoned 101 and they said real police calls come from withheld numbers and they’d leave a voicemail. The police told me to block this number cos it looks like a scam, just tryin’ to get your details like name, address and maybe your national insurance number. If you’re not sure, just ring 101 and they’ll help you out. Like I said, block this number and if your gut says something’s off, call 101.
