Good morning, dear lady... I was caught off guard as I had no information on the matter at hand. They seemed to be fishing for personal details. When I pressed them for clarity, they promptly hung up.

Received a call purporting to be from BT, claiming they could enhance my internet speed. It was quite clear they hadn’t the foggiest notion of who they were speaking to and didn’t provide a shred of information that connected them to me personally. Their grasp on technical details was almost non-existent. A typical scam if you ask me, especially since they haven’t even taken the precaution of concealing their number-likely an attempt to evade automatic blocking systems.
