I've had calls from these guys four times within just two days, and it's getting really irritating. The latest one showed up as an international number, so I just ignored it.

I got a call from someone saying they were ‘Alex’ at British Telecom about my slow internet. The line was awful and crackly, and the caller spoke with an accent that didn’t sound local. When I asked for my account info, he couldn’t provide any details. Then outta nowhere he snapped at me, telling me to "shut up madam and just let me help you." Definitely a scam, don’t fall for it!

I just had this number ring me, but as soon as I picked up they dropped the call right away. I did catch a foreign accent in the background just before it ended. Pretty suspicious if you ask me.
