6 yearsI received a call on the phone number of a man who has sadly passed away, which is rather puzzling given that they must have been aware of his situation. When I enquired, they mentioned they obtained the information from Livewest Housing Association. Moreover, they also reached out to my private number, the one that isn’t listed publicly, which raises some eyebrows regarding how they managed that. I raised my concerns with Gregor Heating, and they pointed the finger back at Livewest, yet I’ve never shared my unlisted number with them. This begs the question: how did they come to have it, and who authorised that kind of distribution? It’s pretty concerning since it seems they might have accessed it through caller ID, which could potentially be against the law.
