I’m guessing this was some sort of robo call. I didn’t know the number and as soon as I picked up, there was just silence and then the call ended.

I got a call from this number and it was just some sales pitch about switching my phone service over to them. Could be literally anyone behind it, and I bet it ends up costing way more than they make it sound!
