Got a strange ring from 01179323872 just before noon on Thursday 24th Nov 2022. The number seemed dodgy, probably a spoof since it shared the local Bristol code like my own phone. They kicked off by suggesting I'd been splashing out loads recently - which yeah, most folks probably have with Christmas and Black Friday around the corner. But honestly, I couldn’t figure out who they claimed to be or what they wanted since they cut off the call abruptly.
