I received a rather odd phone call from someone named "James" who was looking for my husband. He claimed to have had a conversation with him regarding some work-related matter and mentioned he would be in our neck of the woods come Monday, inquiring if it would be suitable for him to drop by. I found this rather peculiar, as it didn't seem like the sort of call my husband would entertain at all. Inquisitive, I probed further and asked which company he represented. He then proceeded to inquire if I had any connection to BT or if we were using their services. It dawned on me that I was dealing with a typical "sales call", so I told him he was squandering both our time and firmly requested that he refrain from future contact.

I've been plagued by calls from this number all day long. It started with a few women, and then a chap named Jacob joined in. Absolutely appalling behaviour. Best to steer clear of these individuals. They claim to represent Connect.

Utterly discourteous! I was trying to have a conversation about their services when they abruptly cut me off as soon as I mentioned that I wasn’t a BT customer. Quite astonishing!

I picked up the phone when this number rang, only to be met with the sound of a call centre worker wrapping up their chat with a mate. They then promptly disconnected. I’d suggest you steer clear of this one.
