On Monday morning around 11 o'clock, I got a call from someone who sounded like they were outdoors because of all the background noise. They knew my name and told me I had some kind of claim related to my insurance and mobile phone. Apparently, they were calling on behalf of the Bureau. The details they gave me were wrong, so I told them. They said they'd fix the info in their system and then ended the call.
