this bloke called saying he was from BT and asked how i was. then he mentioned there was a problem with my internet. i already guessed it was a scam and just told him straight up!

On the 30th of March 2021 this number rang me but i didn’t pick up. They didn’t even bother to leave a voicemail or anything which was a bit annoying. Feels like they called for no good reason.

I'm receiving persistent phone calls from this number, but there's never anyone on the line. Could someone look into this?

this bloke with an Indian accent rang me, sounded like he was working in a call centre. said he was from BT Openreach and could boost my internet speed. i played along for a while just to see what his game was. then i ended the call when he said he’d put me through to a “windows tech expert”. he was pretty pushy and even called back from another number later on.
