I received a nuisance call featuring a pre-recorded message.

Got a ring from someone saying they check homes for fire, theft or medical emergencies and you just pay for their monitoring service. They wanted to drop by tomorrow. When the older lady I spoke to said she wasn’t keen, they just ended the call straight away. That was round 2.30 in the afternoon on 30 June 2023.

This number just rang me up. The caller said they were from some police security thing. Feels totally dodgy, probably a scam.
