This number has been ringing me constantly all week, sometimes up to 5 times a day. Today I even got a random text from 0117 911 9799 saying "Can't chat now... will ring you back later". Yeah right, not if I end up blocking them first.

This number kept ringing me non stop today, at least 14 times! Proper annoying, feels like harassment honestly. O2 really shouldn’t be letting calls like this through, it’s gonna give them a bad name.

I picked up a call from this number and the only thing I could hear was some dodgy music playing in the background... really strange!

Today I got a phone call from someone asking for Mrs so-and-so, but there’s no Mrs here. That made me suspicious straight away. After a bit of chatting, the caller, who initially said she was from O2 about a mobile upgrade, admitted she wasn’t actually with O2 at all - turns out it was Carphone Warehouse. Seems they’re getting hold of your contract info from somewhere public and trying to upgrade you before O2 can, so they get a big bonus from O2 for doing it. Pretty cheeky, if you ask me!

Got a call earlier about being a loyal customer and offered an upgrade. I mentioned I’d only just done an upgrade like a week back, so they apologised and said they’d remove me from their list. Also, seems o2 wouldn’t call from a Bristol number, which was a bit odd.

I’ve been getting calls from someone claiming to be from o2, asking about my phone contract renewal. I’ve tried to find out if it’s legit, but ended up making up reasons to hang up. Pretty sure it’s a scam and they’re not actually from o2.
