Got a call from someone with an Asian accent who said his name was Jack and that he was from Virgin Media, talking about some problems with my internet. He claimed there were issues or misuses going on and said he was there to fix it. Didn't know my name or any details. I told him we aren’t Virgin customers and I’m not interested in any scams, then he just cut the call right away. Pretty clear this was a dodgy caller trying to scam me.
