Received a call from a chap claiming to be David, purporting to be from HSBC's Fraud Department. He rattled off my card details, and I promptly ended the call. After that, I rang up HSBC Fraud myself to inform them, and they swiftly cancelled my cards. I can't believe I was so gullible!

I got a call from this number not long ago, turns out it’s the claims and payout team for National Farmers Union Insurance. They work with this place called Hooper’s Vehicle Assessment or something like that. I’d been in a car accident, someone else’s fault, and NFU rang me within a couple of hours to get the ball rolling on compensation. Really quick and professional service. Everything got sorted out alright.
