Got a call from a Bristol number, but the call came from abroad. The bloke said his name was Alex and claimed he was with BT, saying there was a problem with my internet. I’m actually with Virgin, so I knew straight away it was a scam. Ended up blocking the number.

Got a call from someone saying they were from BT, telling me my internet was at risk. Was a total scam, for sure. If I’d kept chatting, who knows what mess I’d have gotten into! Can’t believe how they sleep at night pulling this stuff!
