Keep sayin they’re from UK Talk, and it sure sounds like it. Today alone I've had three calls from them, and since Monday it's been six in total. Not exactly harassment, but definitely annoying as heck. The call kicks off with complete silence, then this weird clicking sound like some far-off connection is happening, then a foreign voice asks for the owner. Their English is decent, but they can’t seem to get the hang of the word "no". Answering feels pointless, but what choice do you really have?
