I'm based in St Albans, down in South East England, and today, the 8th of August 2025, I noticed my phone buzzing around 11.30 to 11.40am from a number linked to Twilio Ireland Limited. This is like the 20th time this company’s number has shown up on my TPS-registered landline. I didn’t pick up, but it really felt dodgy, like one of those scam calls.

Somebody rang me up sayin’ my house was on their list for having bad loft insulation. I told them I’d put new insulation in only a couple years ago but they just kept going on about how it still needed fixin’.
