i keep getting calls from this number +44 117 463 7511 in Bristol. whenever i pick up, it's dead quiet and noone talks, so i just end the call. then when i try to ring back, a recorded voice says "thanks for calling blue financial solutions limited" before cutting off. really strange behaviour!

I've been receiving calls from +44 117 463 7511, and every time I pick up, there's silence on the other end. If I happen to miss the call and ring back, I get a rather abrupt message saying 'thank you for contacting blue financial solutions limited', and then it promptly disconnects. A quick search reveals that this company has been dissolved since 2010. Quite the mystery, isn't it?
