I didn’t pick up since I didn’t recognise the number. They didn’t bother leaving a voicemail either, so I’m guessing it was probably some kind of sales pitch or maybe even a scam.

I got a voicemail from a number claiming to be Top Call Inc, with a menu asking me to press 1 for an advisor. I never pressed anything, so I have no idea what the call was about or why they rang me out of the blue.
