I received a voicemail from them, but all I could hear was a lot of noise in the background.

Terribly flawed English, probably due to a foreign accent. It was a female caller who mentioned that my debts were unsecured and that her firm could help me settle them. The thing is, I’ve got no debts at all, so their help isn’t required whatsoever.
