I picked up but said nothing. The caller stayed silent then hung up after a bit. I reckon it's better not to say anything since some of these calls trigger by voice. Seems like a Twillo Ireland scam. I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number now.

Number was unfamiliar so I just ignored it. Didn’t leave a voicemail, so I'm guessing it was some sort of salesman. Marked it as spam.
