Not gonna lie, I kinda wished I could tell who was calling, but the problem is I just couldn’t make out what they were saying. My hearing aids only work if they're connected by Bluetooth, so I generally don't answer calls on my landline unless it's someone I trust.

I'd just ignore calls like this, they're really annoying. Even though the number says BT, I'm not convinced it's legit, probably just another scam.
