Just like others have said before, this was definitely a scam call. The guy rang up claiming my kitchen appliances were insured through them. I told him I don’t have any such insurance, and he kept pushing, obviously trying to trick me. He kept insisting I was covered and when I called him a joke, he then said he’d cancel my insurance - which should only be handled by proper customer service. I asked for a contact number, but he just said he was calling from customer services. He wouldn’t give me any number and then he hung up on me.
