Just like others have mentioned before, this is definitely a scam! The bloke on the other end claimed that my kitchen gadgets were covered by an insurance policy with them. I set him straight, saying I’ve got no such thing. He then attempted to convince me that I was indeed insured, at which point I couldn’t help but call him a joker. When I pressed him about cancelling this so-called insurance, typically something that would be sorted through customer services, he fumbled around and refused to provide a phone number, insisting he was calling from customer care. Eventually, he hung up without any further ado. What a waste of time!
