I got a call from someone claiming to work for a home appliance insurance firm. She was saying I pay by direct debit and haven’t claimed for a year, so my current provider’s going to hike up prices. Then she said their company offers perks if you don’t make claims for 12 months. I wasn’t having any of it and gave her a piece of my mind about her so-called rewards and where she could stick ’em 🤬
