Got a call from some bloke with a thick foreign accent, said his name was Eric or something. He was going on about my Marks & Spencer account, which I definitely don’t have. Proper annoying sales call out of the blue. Ended up blocking the number straight away!

The caller didn't say who they were with, probably just a scam or one of those cold calls. Definitely didn't sound like BT Call Guardian.
