Just to clarify, my solar panel system was set up more than a decade ago by a local business I believed was still functioning. A quick search on Google, however, revealed the unfortunate news that they went bust on the 11th of January 2024. While this may be a legitimate call, it seems they must have discovered I was a former customer of the now-defunct solar panel company. When I attempted to return their call, all I got was an answerphone message without any company name mentioned (which seemed a bit odd for a business), and it informed me that the voicemail was full.Consumer Advice ServiceGoogle3 yearsI got a call from someone saying they were with the Consumer Advice Centre, which apparently gets government funding.
