They purport to be a Vodafone promotion. When I inquired about their location, they mentioned London-quite puzzling since the number is from Bristol. Upon my suggestion that they were actually calling from Bangalore, they abruptly terminated the call. I've come across these tricksters numerous times featured on the BBC's scams show.
