I mentioned I would be lodging a complaint against the Carphone Warehouse with the TPS. He appeared utterly bewildered, clearly unfamiliar with what I was referencing, indicating that he was not affiliated with a reputable establishment. On the bright side, I managed to take up some of their time, preventing them from bothering someone else.
