In my conversation with the chap, who had an Asian accent and fluctuated between articulating his words clearly while advertising and muttering indecipherably when fielding my queries, I inquired about what my average monthly bill typically was. After three attempts, he finally stumbled upon “ninety pounds” - far from accurate, mind you. When I pressed for the name of the account holder, he mumbled something unintelligible.
