He claimed that someone was using my identity alongside a staggering seven different bank accounts! The caller requested my BRP number, name, and date of birth, which I foolishly provided in a moment of panic. When he inquired about my bank details, I hesitated, citing confidentiality. His response was quite authoritative, as he declared he was calling from the Supreme Court of the UK, which sent chills down my spine. I could hardly fathom who could be impersonating me and for what sinister purpose. Then came the kicker - he asked me to disclose my bank balance for 'verification purposes'. That’s when the penny dropped, and I realised it was all a scam. I promptly ended the call. Almost immediately, I received another call from the same number, but I chose to ignore it.
