I wanted to flag the number 01174413651 as likely being involved in scam activities. I kept getting calls from this number without asking, and after looking into it, I strongly suspect it’s connected to some kind of fraud.

The people calling from there tried to trick me into giving away personal and bank details, using all sorts of dodgy stories. They also pushed hard, making me feel pressured to hand over information, which is usually a sign of a scam.

Because these calls seem harmful and could affect others too, I’m asking you to please look into this number seriously. If it turns out to be fraudulent, I hope you can take steps to stop it being used for scam calls again.

Some bloke called saying he was from Currys PC World, trying to sell a deal or discount. Total rubbish, obviously. I told them straight up to take us off their list and stop messing about with our GDPR rights.
