Even after I mentioned that I already had both loft and wall insulation, that didn't deter them one bit. They insisted on connecting me with a consultant to set up a free inspection of my loft, among other things. It’s as if you’re not allowed to admit you've already had it done twice; their justification being that it could be damp, degraded, or otherwise ineffective. Quite the persistence, I must say!
