Got a call off 01174071934, said they were from some firm called Reclaim Services, telling me I was owed over £3,500 in PPI. After a bit of chatting, a woman named Rachel - who had a very heavy Asian accent - handed me over to someone else called Emily Hill, who also sounded the same. Then they wanted me to install this app, AnyDesk, claiming it wouldn’t let them access my phone. When I asked what a scammer might say, they got kind of awkward. They gave me another number, 02086115938, to ring back and check the info. Looks like I’m missing out on £3k - if it was real! Pure con artists, honestly, don’t ever let anyone take remote control of your phone!
