I feel a bit awkward sharing this, but I just got a call from +44 117 405 9884. The caller said his name was James and claimed to be ringing from a UK company about an unpaid insurance bill. I told him I wasn’t sure which company he meant and asked him to repeat it. Then he got quite pushy, saying I should know the company and not mess about. I explained again that I had no idea what he was talking about. That’s when things got weird - he accused me of wasting his time and said he hoped we never crossed paths. I then told him to have fun trying to scam people and hoped he wouldn’t succeed today because that was a really unpleasant thing to say. Of course, he hung up straight away. I don’t understand what they wanted exactly, but the whole chat left me feeling quite stressed. Just be careful if this number calls you. Take care!

When I picked up, there was no sound at all on the other end. It was completely quiet. Then, when I attempted to call the number back, my phone didn’t even recognise it. Quite strange!
