I received a call from a young woman, who mentioned she was gathering information on loft insulation. However, I couldn’t shake the feeling that it was more of a sneaky attempt to pitch a sales agenda than an actual survey.

I found the caller to be quite dodgy, to be honest. He was probing for my personal details and seemed particularly interested in whether I was over the age of 80. To make matters worse, he was also inquiring about our home's insulation situation. Very odd, indeed!
