Just had a call from a woman, sounded Asian, saying she was doing a survey about lofts. Apparently this is some sneaky way to dodge the cold calling rules. They do a phone survey first and then send someone round pretending to fit loft insulation. Usually it’s that spray stuff that’s not safe for lofts at all. Watch out for this trick!

this company is seriously annoying! i’ve never been a customer and have no plans to be, but they keep ringing me up nonstop. i’ve told them clearly i don’t want their calls, i’m not interested in what they sell and asked them to take me off their list, but nothing changes. just this week i’ve had like 9 voicemails from them (which i’ve had to block now because of their constant pestering). it’s so frustrating!
