They kept asking me for my name, claiming to be from Citizens Advice bailiffs. They mentioned that multiple firms had sold my debt on, but when I explained I have an IVA plan, they bombarded me with questions I didn't want to answer. Somehow, they already had my full name, DOB and address. I asked them what the call was about and they wouldn't say. When I said I'd get in touch with my IVA provider, suddenly they said they'd ring them (which means they knew exactly who my IVA was with) then threatened to send bailiffs round my house before hanging up. Tried calling the number back but no luck.

Got a call from someone claiming to be a bailiff. I’m already sorted with a debt management company and on a payment plan. I rang them up to check and they confirmed it was a scam. I recorded the whole call and have handed it over to the police. The bloke on the line knew loads of my personal details, which was pretty creepy.
