Got one of those quiet calls again, then some weird noise and suddenly the call just ends. Seriously, why bother wasting cash and messing with people’s time? Total scam if you ask me!!!

It took forever just to get through, even though they claimed to be calling from Bristol! Then the guy started rattling off questions about upgrading old analogue phones, practically answering them himself, and kept going on about BT and Openreach like he actually worked there or something. I told him to call my manager on Saturday when he’s around, and he just hung up. Bit disappointing really.
