I've been inundated with calls from these various foreign voices, often claiming to be related to solar panels. This particular number, 01138242983, seems to be the source of many of these persistent calls, and if you return any of them, you'll find it's always the same individual on the line. It’s clearly a scam, so take care! I’ve decided I won’t answer any of these calls going forward. Even if you block one number, they'll just ring you up from another that’s nearly the same, just a few digits altered.
