I got a call from a woman saying she was with corporate commercial surveyors and wanted to speak to the CEO about some new business rates. I wasn't too sure if it was a genuine call, so I gave her my email to check it out. The number they called from seems to be connected to a website, but I still can’t tell if it’s for real or not.

Someone called me saying they were getting in touch about a letter dealing with Business Rates. I can't say for sure if it was a scam, but something about it just felt off to me.

Rather peculiar chap, claiming to be from CCS regarding Commercial Property Tax. When I informed him that I couldn't connect the call but would pass on a message to the intended recipient, he persisted. I asked for his name once more, and just like that, he hung up! Quite the odd encounter, I must say.
