I've been trying to follow up on a claim I already made with The Claims Guys, but it feels like I'm hitting a wall. Been ringing them quite a bit now, but not much help or updates given back. Anyone else had trouble getting through or getting their existing claim sorted with these lot? Bit frustrating when you just want a proper answer.

This lot keep ringing constantly, like it’s their full time job or summat. Got no shame at all! Wish someone in charge would just put an end to their nonsense. Proper annoying.
