I received a call from someone claiming to be associated with a charity, supposedly offering to help with managing or pausing debts. In a bit of jest, I mentioned that I had a debt of £65 million. The chap on the other end was astonished and asked if I was somehow handling the repayments. Just then, it seemed someone else on the line didn’t fancy this conversation anymore and abruptly cut the call. Quite the odd exchange, to say the least!
