5 yearsI recently found myself in a rather frustrating situation with a company called Boost Energy. I was greeted with a message saying, "Please hold for the next available agent," and before I knew it, a woman who had a noticeable Indian accent introduced herself as Karen. When I explained that I kept receiving calls from this number, she informed me it was regarding a complimentary smart meter. I’ve already made it clear that I’m not interested at this moment, so I expressed my annoyance at their constant ringing, to which she abruptly hung up on me. What adds to my irritation is that Boost had taken over my energy supply without my consent a few years back, and despite that experience, there’s truly no justification for their incessant calling. I’ve decided I’ll be reporting them to customer service and subsequently blocking their number entirely.Boost EnergyKarenBoost5 yearsBoost calls have gotten so irritating, i’ve lost count of how many times they ring me. I’ve even sent them an email asking to be removed from their call list or else I’ll switch to another provider.
